Service and support in the supply of exhibition stands
and conference sets over many decades

Founded in 1960 by G C Starling and K Fawcett, Cambridge based Korten Limited grew rapidly during the early days of the international exhibition and trade show industry. With clients in the health, scientific and instrumentation sectors it was not long before Korten was trailblazing paths abroad to exhibition venues in the hitherto closed markets of Eastern Europe and developing a reputation for imaginative design, professional construction services and competitive prices.

Through the economic ups and downs of the 1970s and 1980s Korten thrived by adhering to its established values in service, flexibility and innovation, whilst providing good value to all customers whether local businesses or blue chip organisations. By the end of the 1990s the company had outgrown its premises and relocated to its present location in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, within a self contained industrial unit of 17,500 square feet.

Since moving to St Ives, Korten has continued to grow, whilst maintaining its service and quality values. With all functions in working in close proximity, Korten can rapidly adjust to meet the individual needs of each client and can source everything that is likely to be required for a successful exhibition stand or conference.

Korten’s team, led by Mark Starling, Managing Director, possess all the necessary skills to annually deliver more than 150 exhibitions stands to worldwide events. Reinforced with a proud heritage of adopting new technologies and responding to design trends.
